We strive for greatness. If we deliver a damaged or the wrong product, we will gladly accept a return or exchange, with approval, at our expense.
Sale items are non refundable and/or not exchangeable.
In any case that we are out of stock of an item that needs to be exchanged for a different size, a store credit will be issued.

Shipping times vary. In stock items shipping is 7-10 business days.
Pre-order items shipping time is 3-4 weeks.
Custom Items shipping times depend on garment manufacturing time.
